Focus on what really matters

Every year, countless of new books and studies on nutrition are published. But the more we read the less we seem to know. With all this contradicting information we get flooded with, how can we know how we should be eating? For several years, we've studied hundreds of people and found common triggers or reasons for poor nutrition habits: self-sabotage, cravings, no accountability, no support, stress, not enough time for physical activity, yoyo-effect etc.

Together with nutritional therapists and nutrition experts, we developed a sustainable challenge which focuses on what really matters: developing awareness for your daily behavior, more whole foods and less processed foods, and to eat when we're actually hungry instead of eating to calm our emotions. Or simply put: the problem isn't that we don't know what we should do. The problem is that it's hard to do it effectively and sustainably, without weighing our food intake, without calorie counting. If calorie counting were something we as humans should be doing then we would have been born with a calorie counter in our arm ;-)

What we offer you with Eat Better, Not Perfect is a combination of App and Coaching. Only a real human by your side can effectively support you when you're working hard, travelling a lot, or going through emotions. The rest is up to you. The first step is always the hardest. So take the first step today. We'll take on the rest of the steps together with you.
